Carol Chase Bjerke

Carol Chase Bjerke has been making books since she was a child. Her handmade books are now in numerous collections including the National Museum of Women in the Arts, the Kohler Art Library at the Elvehjem Museum of Art, and the Golda Meier Library at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She has taught book arts and photography for many years in a variety of academic and community settings, and in her own studio.

Carol has an MFA from Central Michigan University. In 2002, she presented Photography and Book Arts workshops at Valley Ridge.
