As Michelle Ward would say…. how cool is that!   We just came off a weekend of producing amazing marbled papers.  Complicated designs were created with ease by all who attended as we constantly impressed ourselves with each print we created.  The ou’s and ah’s made the chanting during a 4th of July fireworks seem subdued.

This was Galen’s first time instructing at Valley Ridge.  Everyone found him to be an absolutely delightful instructor.   Sue Medaris said,  Galen is really professional and such a master of what he does. I felt privileged to be able to take this class from him. He taught us TONS!  Fun to learn from and an awesome accent. 

I agree with Sue… loved his accent and loved his gentle soul.  He would answer people’s questions, like what color should we use?  or how much of this should we apply?  by saying,  It dudn’t really madder.   (Galen was born and raised in Mississippi and currently lives in Oklahoma City.)
