Farmhouse Accommodations and Rentals: Valley Ridge Art Studio

The Farmhouse

Valley Ridge offers a 1,200 sq.ft, completely furnished, two-story, four bedroom/two bath Farmhouse rental on the property. Guests renting individual bedrooms have shared use of the entire Farmhouse, or the Farmhouse may be rented as a whole for your retreat.

PLEASE NOTE: Room reservations for the 2012 workshop season will open the week of January 9, 2012.

The Farmhouse includes:

1st Floor

Living room
Dining Room
Fully-equipped Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave, coffee maker
Bedroom
3/4 Bathroom

2nd Floor

Three Bedrooms
Full Bathroom
Bed linens and towels are included.
Guests may bring in and prepare their own food.

The Farmhouse also includes a 16 x 20 screened in porch and a 20 x 16 open deck overlooking the valley.

Rental Policies

Rental Policies

Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check-in 3:00 p.m.; check-out 2:00 p.m. Guests are responsible for providing their own food and food preparation. Smoking is not permitted. Farmhouse can only accommodate guests over 18, no children please. Pets are not allowed. Rates are subject to change and do not included applicable sales taxes.

Reservations

You may reserve bedrooms and camp sites online. A 50% deposit is required at reservation. Balance of housing fee is due 45 days prior to workshop/occupancy. Valley Ridge accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellations

A 45 day written notice is required for cancellations. There is a $50.00 cancellation processing charge for room cancellations and a $10 cancellation charge for camp sites.
