Our Location
Valley Ridge is located on the border of Grant County, Wisconsin, on a 120-acre farm in the driftless area of Southwest Wisconsin.  Our location is approximately 75 miles southwest of Madison, Wisconsin in a peaceful, rural farm setting. 

The Farmhouse provides completely furnished overnight accommodations, including a fully equipped kitchen, screen porch and deck overlooking the valley.  Workshops are held in our 1,200 square foot Classroom, with space for up to 20 people with individual work tables and chairs.  Lunches and evening networking receptions are held in Community Building .

The facilities at Valley Ridge Art Studio are available for rental for your education or training program, corporate and leadership retreats and small groups of up to 20 people,  as well as private studio or retreat space.  For more information on pricing, amenities, equipment, optional services or reservations for each building, contact Katherine Engen.

Arriving By Air
Fly into Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, WI (MSN). Many airlines serve the Madison airport.  Car rental companies are available inside the terminal for transportation to Valley Ridge.  Valley Ridge does not provide transportation or airport shuttle services.  A rental car is your best option, as the trip takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes and no public transportation is available.  Use Madison Airport driving directions at right.

Arriving By Car
Driving directions from major area cities can be found at right. Free parking is available on site. Air arrivals use Madison Airport driving directions.  The driving route from Madison is on well-traveled, good roads, including a four-lane highway, merging into a two-lane highway which takes you into the countryside. Travel time from airport to Valley Ridge is approximately 1 hour, 45 minutes.
