Valley Ridge offers a separate Community Building for smaller functions, with limited food service. The building is located approximately 50 feet  from the larger classroom space and can be rented independent of the classroom, or in combination with larger events.

The community building is approximately 600 square feet with 10 foot ceilings, ample windows on three sides of the building and carpeted flooring. The building space includes heat, air-conditioning and internet access. A small kitchen with sink, counter space, refrigerator and stove/oven combination are included. A coed bathroom is located within the building.

Table space for dining is available for smaller groups of up to 20 people and includes dishware, utensils, and glassware. Limited pots, pans and serving ware are available.

The Community Building is suited for:

• Instructors who are renting the classroom and wish separate food preparation and dining space for students
• Instructors who need smaller space for limited sized classes(4-8 students)
• An individual wishing  private studio space
• A group of artists wishing to have a private art retreat

1-2 Days: $125 per day
3-5 Days:  $115 per day
5+ Days:  $100 per day
