NOIR Itinerary

2nd Line Parade
Every year in conjunction with the deMeng/Engen New Orleans retreat a slightly less traditional parade unfolds in honor of the workshop theme. This year’s NOIR theme is a prime opportunity for silver screen buffs to adorn themselves as shady characters, henchmen, feme fatales, and hard-boiled detectives from a by-gone black and white era. As always…the theme is open to interpretations.
